Check your email

After placing your order you will receive a confirmation email with your unique order reference number and our bank details.

Use your internet banking or banking app. Select Pay Anyone or Transfer Funds and enter our BSB and account number.

Enter exact amount

Transfer the exact AUD amount shown on your order confirmation. Any difference may delay processing.

Use your order reference

In the payment description or reference field, enter your unique order number (e.g. AMX-12345). This is critical for fast processing.

Submit and keep receipt

Save your bank transfer receipt. Once payment is received and verified, we will send a dispatch confirmation email.

How long does a bank transfer take?

Most bank transfers are received same or next business day. OSKO or PayID transfers are often instant.

Can I pay by credit card?

We currently accept bank transfer (EFT) only. This keeps costs down so we can pass on better rates to you.
